Pete Long’s Echoes of Ellington
April 18, 2015 at 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Pete Long and his ‘Goodmen’ created such an “electric” atmosphere at their last concert featuring the music of Benny Goodman and Glenn Miller they are returning to Queen’s College this Spring celebrating another jazz great, Duke Ellington.
Pete & his Goodmen will be performing the best of Duke Ellington in their true big band style on Saturday, 18th April. Repertoire and line-up to be announced but the same high calibre of performance is to be expected.
Following a sell out show in November, book your tickets early to avoid disappointment. (A pair of tickets would make a great gift!)
Tickets cost £16, £14 (concessions), & £20 VIP. They are available from John Packer Ltd on Staplegrove Road, or Taunton Tourist Information.
A VIP ticket reserves your seat to ensure you get one of the best views in the house. Your seat will be situated in the front section of the central seating area to ensure that your experience is unrivalled.
Auditorium doors open at 7.00pm for a 7.30pm start but do feel free to arrive from 6.30pm for live pre-concert music and a drink in the well-stocked bar.
