At The Temple Methodist Church Taunton on Sunday December 4th at 3pm we hope once again to welcome the winner of the Taunton Young Musician competition. It is always a pleasure to listen to these talented young people, and perhaps help them in a musical career. More details once we have a winner and confirmation. The best known composition of African American composer George Walker, his ‘Lyric for Strings’ will be played, in addition to the Overture by Telemann, and a Partita for String Orchestra by Wiltshire born composer Anthony Le Fleming.
