50th Golden Concert – ‘Poetic Piano’ Oana Dinea – Piano Recital Our “Golden Concert” will be a real treat when Romanian born, Oana captivates us, during an hour of enchanting music by Bach, Beethoven and Chopin, who was one of the most sensitive composers of the romantic period. A Showcase for Young Musicians Wellington School Students High-flying, award-holding pupils will perform an eclectic programme that will feature a variety of instruments, genres, ages and stages thus demonstrating their versatile abilities. Doors open at 12 Noon and cold drinks will be served before the start of the concert. Retiring Collection in aid of the Archie Project, part of the Reminiscence Learning Dementia Charity and St John’s Church.
As a lead in to the season of the year, this concert will be an exciting mixture of readings and Advent songs. More details of the programme will be released nearer the time but book the date in your diary now!
