SUMMARY:Flying Feathers by Derek Benfield
DESCRIPTION:When Chief Constable Henry Potterton and his sister arrive at the peaceful country house of their late\, lamented brother Bernard\, they are astonished to find several scantily clad ladies wandering about. It transpires that during Bernard’s visit to a religious commune\, his housekeeper has turned the place into a “house of sin”. Her endeavours to hide the truth lead to a series of hilarious comings and goings involving a curious vicar and an accident-prone window cleaner. The result is comedy gold.

SUMMARY:Taunton Thespians - Holiday Snap
DESCRIPTION:The Taunton Thespians are preparing for sunshine\, laughter and holiday hi-jinks in their March production of the hilarious farce Holiday Snap by Michael Pertwee and John Chapman. \nThis comic tale of mistaken identity unfolds with real wit and style. A Portuguese time share villa has been double booked without the knowledge of the company representative\, myopic tippler Commander “Chitto” Chittenden. When Mary and Henry arrive in search of a romantic get-away\, closely followed by love-birds Eve and Leslie\, Chitto manages to remain unaware that there is more than one couple on the scene. The arrival of Celia\, Perky and Kit adds to the confusion and fun in this high energy\, fast-moving romp. \nDirector Dave Goodall has a sure hand with comedy: his last production with the Taunton Thespians was the popular classic Arsenic and Old Lace. Dave’s cast for Holiday Snap includes Thespians favourites Anne Dowsey\, Rob Smith\, Clare Fidler\, mast ward and Lizzie Knighton and welcomes talented new members Gill Campbell and Will O’Neill.
