Some of the UK’s top music students from Guildhall School in London will be running the workshops\, which are open to all young musicians.  Any instrument is welcome\, as long as you can play it. Not ideal for those who do not already play an instrument.  This is a brilliant opportunity so please tell any young musicians that you know and get them to sign up!

DESCRIPTION:The Centre’s end-of-term concert promises to be a summery occasion. \nFree admission. All welcome. Tell your friends! The more the merrier! \nWe hope to present the concert in the wonderful surroundings of Hestercombe Gardens\, weather permitting (inside if wet)\, so bring your rug and picnic lunch. \nIt is very exciting to think that we will hear a world premiere of one student’s composition\, inspired by a recent visit to the Chris Ingram Collection at Hestercombe Gallery\, as well as familiar favourites including the orchestra playing Holst’s Jupiter from The Planets. \nUsual entrance charges apply for Hestercombe Gardens and Gallery\, if visiting the Gardens &/or Gallery before or after the concert\, but admission to the concert is free of charge. \nWe will have a Raffle with proceeds to Hestercombe CYM.
